• How does it work?
• At the first of every month, we will automatically bill your credit card on file for your monthly membership. Once the transaction has been approved, your monthly “units” will be added to your account to use at any time. If for some reason your card on file didn’t work, we will contact you for a new payment method so you do not miss out on accumulating your “units”.

• Will I lose my “units”?
• No, your “units” will be there until you use them. The only exception is if you “no show” or “cancel” your appointment (outside our 24-hour cancelation window), you will forfeit that month’s “units” or incur a fee.
